My training and approach:

  • motivational hypnotism, which is a coaching paradigm that incorporates elements of mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy, mental rehearsal
  • certifcation in supporting others with trauma-awareness (understanding on neurological and narrative levels)
  • additional training in relationships, somatic/embodied engagement, and facilitation.  

Each session includes an intake process, collaboration on suitable tools and approaches, and optional components of guided meditation or other forms of expression and integration.

Typical sessions are 90 minutes for individuals, couples, and groups (custom and discounted packages also available). 

Clients may choose to keep the details of their situation private by ‘filling in the blanks’ mentally when prompted. (More: Number of Sessions or What to Expect).

Hypnosis is referred to as “mental massage” because relaxation is a key element of the experience for those who wish it. However, similar work can be done without it. All Hypnosis is Self Hypnosis. Self Hypnosis is essentially thought and imagination relative to beliefs. Are your thoughts sabotaging or supporting your desires?
